Question: Please confirm that the RFP is soliciting capacity and/or energy for a year (4) year agreement (each of the 2027-2028 through 2031-2032 MISO Planning Years)? Is there any interest in a 10-15 year PPA? Also, are you able to provide any information about who the customer is for this RFP?

Answer: The RFP is for capacity or capacity plus energy over the 2027/28 - 2031/32 MISO planning years. You are free to note in the propsal response that there may be options for longer-term PPA. At this time, CRA cannot provide any information on the counterparty beyond what has already been disclosed in the RFP documents..

Question: Would Buyer consider a financial product with firm energy and a fixed fee for floating swap for the ZRC? Buyer would then participate in auction and if clearing price was above swap price Seller would pay the difference. If clearing price is below swap price then Buyer pays Seller the difference?
